I no longer live in Athens and I still happily make the 40+ minute drive to come see the wonderful doctors here. The staff are all welcoming and kind, and have seen myself and my family through good times and bad with our many animals over the years. As long as I'm within driving distance, I'll never look or recommend anywhere else.
Twenty years ago, my 90lb bulldog wandered into the woods and came out with his backside chewed up by coyotes. Town and Country was the closest vet, and Dr. Hammond took my dog right in, and stitched, stapled, and taped his rear end. He charged me very little for everything. I’ve taken all my pets there ever since. Dr. Edgeman just neutered my latest dog today. These people are the best.
I had to take my dog to a vet and Town& country was the first one that I called and thank goodness I did. Their care is immaculate and they go above and beyond!!! They were so so nice and the doctor was absolutely amazing and so informative.. honestly the best doctor that I have ever dealt with with my dogs!!!
