Impeccable customer service.Mistakenly ordered the wrong part on our end, but their customer service responded swiftly. They also set us up with an exchange and a return label to ship the wrong part back out.
I ordered an adaptor to block the CEC affect from Chromecast. I like to control my own devices. The order was handled perfectly, got an email when it was shipped, and had the item just a few days later. And the best news is that the adaptor works perfectly. Very good experience.
