Nail Boutique and Spa offers a wonderful experience, with staff that is cooperative, friendly, and helpful. This establishment is recommended by locals and is known for its cleanliness and professionalism. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and feature a massage option, with technicians taking their time to provide a great service. The Volcano pedicure is a popular choice, and the salon is inviting and well-maintained.
My manicure and pedicure treatments were great; however, I paid to have matching colors, and the dip color wasn’t even close to the paint on my toes. That was a lot of money for colors that don’t complement one another. I mentioned that the colors looked different to the lady while she was working on my nails, but she said the numbers matched. She thought that it would work after all the dip steps were completed. The numbers on the jar did match, but the labels were definitely off. I’m disappointed that no one offered to fix the situation or offer a discount. I think they do a good job at Nail Boutique, but I’m not happy about the opposing nail colors.
I am so grateful for this place! I misplaced my cashapp card I was going to pay with. They allowed me to go home and find my card and come back to pay. I was able to get them paid and tipped. Tom did an amazing job on my pedicure. I have issues with ingrown toenails. He carefully operated on my toes without causing me much pain. Tony did my nails. They look amazing! When I got back, after getting my card, he noticed my nails were a little bit scuffed. He had me return to his chair, he cleaned them up, added a top coat and sent me on my way. I will definitely be back again. ❤️❤️ With tip, I paid 128 and some change. I feel like this is really reasonable for the services they provide.
