Walked in, they said hello, so did I, asked for the part I needed they walked right to it so I got three, part works great and two to use as back up. It took probably three minutes. Happy customer.

Where do I begin? Pool: Mr. Harris assisted me every step of the new pool liner process (correct measurements, ordering and numerous install questions) he was always willing to answer any question. His daughter, Jenny, was also extremely helpful with getting all the chemicals and testing the pool water. Everything was going smoothly until the green flow light turned red (Pentair Intellichlor IC40). Called Jenny, she asked me to send her a picture of the defective part and...YES, they had the part I needed at an amazing price! Daniel always makes sure I get to the correct area for what I need. Harris plumbing & electric is so much more than just a regular hardware store. They're a friendly, family owned business that truly cares about their customers. They're so knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. I have bought all of my appliances from them, and never had a problem. I will always prefer them over the big chain stores.
