He replaced 2 parts and cleaned my heat pump inside and out and the charge was very low!!! He explained everything he did and also told me what to try if I have future issues before I called them !!!! Very nice !! I will definitely be using their services in the future.
We have always had great service from Cosby's. They're on time and the prices are reasonable. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. One time, I needed a replacement for a part in my AC unit. Jason took the time to contact the manufacturer and found out the part was still under warranty - that saved me a lot of money. Our old AC system went out and I called, and Lonnie came and diagnosed it correctly. We had to have a new unit they ordered and came when they said they would, and Dustin and Jordan came installed the new unit and done an excellent job. I strongly recommend Cosby Heating and Cooling. The cost was very competitive especially the quality equipment they used.
