We built our home on the lake with Cornerstone in 2022-2023 and couldn’t have been happier with the process and the finished product. Start to finish, it took 12 months, which was well within their estimate of 12-15 months. Our project manager, Scott Cagle, was regularly present on the job site and communicated very well with us. He has high standards and does not cut corners. The Cornerstone subs were hard working, trustworthy and skilled. There were cost overruns, some of our own choosing as we made upgrades, and some from challenges coming up with an estimate during COVID supply chain difficulties. We would happily choose Cornerstone again!

Cornerstone is a professional builder who, in my experience, delivered a great product within the expected timeline. I enjoyed working with and getting to know them very well, and was impressed with the effort they are putting in to build, not only houses, but a solid business for the Smith Lake Community.
