I was pleased with working with Susan. She is professional and patient through the the whole process. She’s honest with her opinions and ideas, but let’s the customer’s style lead the way. The biggest stand out is her responsiveness and customer service; she always communicates quickly and effectively, and strives to understand your vision. I think very highly of her work and would recommend her to anyone without reservations.

Susan LeSueur came highly recommended by friends that have used her in the past along with my builder. We met in January, discussed what we needed/wanted and at that time told us she extremely busy and would not be able to start for 2 weeks. I wanted everything done of course the next day, but Susan did not disappoint. She did exactly what she said. She began 2 weeks later, had me a rough drawing in less than a month from our original meeting. We met one more time (at my convenience) to discuss a few changes to the rough draft then emailed back and forth (with her always responding immediately) to get the plans exactly how I wanted. I picked up my final 2,478 drawing from her yesterday at 6.5 weeks from the original date we met. Susan LeSueur LISTENED to everything I wanted and was very honest. She is meticulous with her work, and provides her fullest attention. She is the real deal! Susan exceeded my expectations and provided me with a home I can’t wait to build. THANK YOU SUSAN!!
