“Medical staff was professional and very courteous. Showed concern for my health issue. The only thing keeping me from giving a 4 star rating was the fact that even though I have BCBS health insurance I had to pay my total bill instead of my copay and have my services filed with my insurance company. Don't know if this is the normal practice.“
