The front end staff and vet techs were all very friendly and professional. They created a positive environment.
Appointment availability was good.
The Vet was not for me but that isn’t a bad thing. We all have different preferences.
Unfortunately the clinic was in need of a renovation. Much of it was in disrepair. It was also very dirty. Dirty floors, pet hair build up, stains on the walls and chairs etc. Upon entering there was a very obvious mildew issue. Especially around the cooling vents. The odor was overpowering.
They are fabulous gave me advice and knowledge that other vets didn’t give me and were really understanding and great listeners plus the price was reasonable will definitely be using them from now on for my dog
We have known Dr.Bill since he opened up his veterinary business. He has always been there for us under any circumstance. He has seen my pups from the time they were little until their last minute of life. Always been a friendly and caring staff to help us.
