“I was tasked with my uncle’s death and I always look at the cost and logistics of things. I ended up picking CSoEA due to 2 factors..for one, even after the added cost of transport (pickup was a 6 hr round trip) the total price was still nearly half of the local places (Muscle Shoals)…but also because even when they thought I wouldn’t be a customer because of the distance, Miguel was very helpful in trying to find me an affordable crematory in the Muscle Shoals area…they were still too expensive comparatively, so I called back and made the arrangements. I expected it to be cut & dry, kinda like fast food, but it wasn’t. I had a cell phone number I could call or text at any time and my questions were answered when they opened back up (rather than me having to call during business hours and risk forgetting my question). When we picked him up, we chatted with the owner, Dudley, for a while and he made us feel very comfortable. Also, the fact that they were open on a Sunday for me to pick up my uncle’s cremains while passing through (we live near Daytona Beach, Fl and were able to pick him up while passing by on the way to deal with probate.
