My 23 year old HVAC messed up Friday night. I called Dunns Saturday morning and a tech was here by 11:30. Tested the unit and found many things wrong. I asked him to talk to my son and we agreed a new unit was in my best interest since my husband has passed. Two technicians came out this morning and installed the new one, tested it, and showed me how to work the thermostat. It is so quiet and is providing some good heat for me after a very cold weekend. All my questions were politely answered. Everyone from the receptionist, general manager, technician, and two installers were informative, polite, knowledgeable, and helped this old woman out. A couple weeks ago, on a hot Thursday afternoon, our main A/C unit decided to stop working. We were able to set up a HVAC company to come out on Friday and look at it. The diagnosis was a bad inverter board in the outside condenser unit. That company told us that the manufacturer covers the units with a 10 year warranty if they were registered new, but ours was not. This unit was installed when the house was built in 2017. The options offered were to replace the board for $4k, or replace with one of four new units ranging from $14k - $19k.

Landon was excellent. He came and made sure not to leave until we were fixed up. He is the perfect example of professionalism. I would highly recommend this company! They came on short notice and got it running even though the unit is old. Five stars all around
