If I could give this company / facility a 0 stars I would they can’t accommodate you to the right department and I’ve been trying to figure out my results for a the past week now. It may be understanding because they deal with old people , but fact of the matter is customer service is not good .

I don’t recommend them if you don’t double check what they charge you when you go for a visit to what the insurance company saids you should pay start now . I found out 3 weeks ago I was over charged so I called was told to call the one in Anniston even though my. Visit was in Oxford . I told them to mail me my over payment to this day i haven’t gotten it and when I called back to check on it I was put on hold for the girl to come back and say it will be mailed tomorrow,when I asked her why it wasn’t mailed already she hung up on me.

I went to go get help for my chronic anxiety and panic attacks and shaking asked if they had a doctor there that could prescribe axiety medication. I have a very stressful job. I called over the phone 3 times asking if they were open and they said they can take WALK INS ins on TUESDAYS. So I re-arranged my whole schedule just to go see them, get up early when I have night time job. The front office lady with brown shoulder length hair, told me very rudely if I wasn’t a patient there that they weren’t taking any new patients even though over the phone they said they were taking walk ins.
