The company is reliable. They came to replace my roof and found that the previous owners did a terrible job on the roof and its undercarriage. I live in New York now and adam and the crew took care of the situation. I was concerned with someone taking advantage of my mother and they did not do that. Lastly there is a lifetime warranty on my roof with a 10 year free repairs warranty. He kept us posted at all times on the status of the job. You dont find many honest companies, but I believe this is one of them.Oh and as long as the roof is up they can keep the sign on my lawn!Update:Currently there is a leak in my roof, and the office is always busy. Brad runs a truly professional operation from inspection thru job completion. For a quality, competitive roofing job delivered as and when promised I would recommend BP to everyone. It doesn't come any better.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

A small 2 bedroom house took over a month to complete. The job was supposed to start on a Thursday did not start till the next Wednesday. They left a section off the roof that I saw and took over another week to get it fixed. I asked for the facing to be done the day the job was done because I thought it would be included. I am not sure why, this companyWould not have told me it was not included.Due to it had to be done and they do that. I still do not understand that. So, after a month I have given up and hired someone else. I still have not gotten my warranty from them. Adam ignores text and does not answer the phone 90% of the time after the job starts.
