American Tax

I cannot in good conscience recommend American Tax. I've filed at that place for over 10 years and have never had a problem, they've always been fair and gotten us the most, I trusted them after so long of course. We always went in together and both had to sign. Because I been trying to get my AGI number from my 2018 tax return and they been giving me the run around I called Monday the lady said she was headed to the office she would call me back and give it to me we’ll she didn’t so I drove there wasn’t no one there I have a daughter with the corona virus I need this money in order for me to receive my money lord knows I’m fighting a battle on both ends these people have really given me the blues but at the same time I have to try to stay calm for her if I had money or had the card I used to file my tax last year I wouldn’t even bother them but I really need this so I can get money for medicine and food
