I have been in CrossFit for over 10 years, competed in 8 CrossFit Opens, and have dropped in at over 70 CrossFit Boxes. I can tell you without hesitation Southern Style Crossfit is a superb top notch CrossFit Box. The Box located in a small Alabama community is a diamond in the rough. The owner is an outstanding coach and more importantly a caring cross-fitter of this community.The equipment is not only new and in outstanding shape, but the equipment is very plentiful. Southern Style Crossfit is an inviting environment to all and all fitness levels. If you are anywhere remotely close to Southern Style Crossfit you must join/drop in to this gem. You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.

Well, so far it's been ok. Nothing to write home about. I prefer to take my fur babies to Lees vet in Cullman
Was acroos the road from the location and it sounded like they were working really hard and from the looks of what was already done their work looked really good.
