I want to give a huge shout out to Wet Out Now. We interviewed several companies (4) for a huge mold remediation job here in Alabama. I interviewed National and local companies and received bids from several. My husband is a builder but he was completely out of his comfort zone on this, so I helped him. My first hire was Mold Testing Services and he recommended Wet Out Now for the remediation process. Of course I interviewed others and just listening to them, I didn’t have a good feeling of their process. I am not the trusting person when it comes to sub contractors, and we work on contracts and not just a hand shake or assumptions. John at Wet Out Now took all of our calls and texts and explained things not just once but many times because we wanted to make sure we were all on agreement. Wet Out Now did everything they said they would do and then some. He complied to the testing and now our building is ready for a build out. We were truly blessed to have pulled Gabriel off the internet advertising and he recommended John. Both of these guys are far superior than any other company we spoke to. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive either but in my opinion, I believer they were the most thorough. So if you need to make sure you don’t have mold in your home or commercial property, these are your guys. Gabriel tests and John does all of the repairs. They are separate companies but they work together. I still have to say Wet Out Now was outstanding. It was a huge job and our building smells and looks great. I recommend Wet Out Now for residential issues with water damage. The owner was very prompt in taking care of our issues. He worked side-by-side with the insurance adjuster to restore our home. I still have a few things to be completed and I trust they will do it. So, if you are having any issues, call them 1st!!
