Words do not fully express the amazing experience we had in building our dream home with Max and Jesse. We brought custom plans to the table and the guys helped us finish laying out the perfect design. When we ran into soil issues at the very start of the project they walked us through options, providing practical and long term solutions. They were incredibly patient with us as clients when we made a last minute change wanting nothing more than for us to love our home. The attention to detail made the entire process operate smoothly. They take great pride in the quality of their work. Building our home was a peaceful experience with communication every step of the way. Max was considerate of our budget during each phase of the build. Their expertise and knowledge is unmatched. We appreciated the whole team. Every time we came by the worksite everyone was welcoming and loving their job. Throughout the process we were able to meet on site and discuss the house, we were involved the whole time. We really appreciated Max and Jesse being onsite builders. If you are building a house you will not regret designing and building with Sumner Company. We are extremely happy with the home that Max and Jesse built for us. From the beginning they took our ideas and made them reality. They were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Even when we ran into water problems on our lot, they provided options to remedy the situation and help us get water to our beautiful house.
