Great experience with the new management team (Jackie) and competent hairstylists. They are very communicative and understand customers’ requests. Highly recommend getting a haircut here. Again, previous one star reviews have nothing to do with the new teams. They have flipped this place 180 and running it like how sports clip should be.

I love the Sport Clips business model and have been a consistent customer since 2012. Today I was forced to go elsewhere because the app and website both said open til 6 pm. Arrived at 4:30 with a dark closed store and handwritten note of days open with no hours of operation. Over the years I’ve gone here, thefew employees are great, friendly and good at cutting hair but it seems there is a huge ownership and management problem. I’ve been told the store can’t hire enough or retain employees. Sad to say this but I’m being FORCED to go elsewhere. They can’t stay in business long like this.

I booked appointments for two of mine here, thinking that they would be ok getting their hair cut because they were simple cuts. Boy could I not have been more wrong. Firstly, both of them have had their hair cut about two inches shorter than I wanted, or what was asked for. Also, one of my boys, his hair is crooked. Actually cut crooked. Not only are the cuts that they got awful, but I was also over charged for services they didn’t receive. Don’t go here. It isn’t a “deal” you’re getting screwed. I would give only one star but the stylist who botched the hair the worst, actually had good conversation with my kid so… but yeah, do not get your hair cut here... read full review
