Rock solid sent a couple guys over and went through the heating system. Gave a good report and left everything clean. Good to have an annual inspection of the components and know the heat will be good this winter.
I had a pipe break and called Rock Solid for help. They arrived quickly after my urgent call. Micheal the technician, was professional, friendly and knew his stuff. He even pointed out other possible issues with a valve. Having someone so professional and reassuring during a stressful water leak was a huge relief. I'd definitely use their services again and highly recommend Rock Solid and Michale for any plumbing problems you may have. They are 'Rock Solid" in customer service!
I will recommend Rock solid Plumbing and Heating to everyone I know. Dave and Matt were the plumbers that came out and they were 2 of the nicest, most respectful workers I've ever had in my house. As a slope wife I've had many workers here over the years. They were informative and hard working. They took time to explain and show me everything that was going on.
