Staff are incredibly rude. Will not sell to individuals and when you express you are just a home owner looking for part, they act like your stupid and tell you they only sell to Licensed tradesman. Look not everyone is an idiot and can fix there own stuff.

Staff was rude and condescending. I went in looking for a part I didn't know the name of. I was talked to like I was stupid. I am not a contractor, just someone who needed help. Are staff not supposed to be helpful instead of talking down to the customer?

These guys were very helpful I was mistaken with something and believed myself to be right they handled it very professionally and when I got home and found out I was wrong I was compelled to call and apologize I would recommend them to anyone
