After a very long harrowing day, Jeff's son, Gary, drove all the way up the Road at the Top of the World, (even after his own bad day) to pick our broken 2 ton red brick (aka car) and ourselves, and took us down to Tok. After a long drive down a rather bumpy road, we arrived in Tok, the owner Jeff had gotten us a hotel room, bought us dinner, and lent us a vehicle to use. The next day Jeff and my husband drove the vehicle to Anchorage. Alaskan Express & Auto, went above and beyond in their service, and reaffirmed my belief in human kindness. They very very professional and helpful in a bad situation. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give them more stars because they went out of thier way when I explained what was going and they made sure I was back on the road with what I had and now I feel I owe these guys for life I'd call these guys first and just wait for them if the wait seems to long trust me these are the hands you want to be in

Super happy with how quickly they were able to retrieve my truck, even at -45°. They are always so friendly as well. I’ve never paid for a tow before until today and it seemed very reasonable.
