Not happy with random unexplained charges on credit card two months after final rental agreement was paid for. Also, no calls or returned calls for the unauthorized transaction.

I rented the chipper, but when I got to my property, I was unable to get the chipper down a big hill because of snow and steepness. I decided to return the chipper instead of risking problems. I took the chipper back. The manager said he had to charge me for a half day because he was missing out on revenue but if he were able to rent it, he would give me my money back. 20 minutes later he called and told me he was able to rent it and he would refund my money as promised. I was very happy and will do business with United Rentals in the future!
