1000% better service than a big box store! Ed, at the front counter, took the time with me as a DIY'r to go over my plans and help me determine an entire parts list and even provided me with multiple cost saving options. I was shocked in a very good way at the total cost. It was without a doubt my best experience thus far in my home build project. I would recommend Brown's and the people there to anyone needing advice, parts, and service. Thanks, Ed!
