She took the time to examine my face and took my boring, blunt cut lob and cut layers to flatter my features, and even though it was different (shorter) than any cut I’ve ever had, and I freaked out a little as I was leaving, after wearing it for a couple days it’s become my favorite haircut ever! I’ll be going back in a couple months.“
