I've only been going for a short time, but I'm enjoying it so far. It's a nice change from flashier gyms that try to market add-ons non-stop. Nice people, good equipment, and convenient.
A great locally owned gym has everything you need or want, and the atmosphere is awesome best gym in town plus they do a background check and its 24 hours so as a woman you can go in at anytime and feel safe and comfortable so you can focus on your workout instead of some creep .
I've had the best workouts and boot camps here. Carrieann is an exceptional trainer, prices are fair and reasonable. The gym is clean, well maintained and an excellent atmosphere. I've found myself a home in this place and I'll keep coming back for years.
