Jay worked within my budget and went above and beyond expectation. My cabin was built to last and will be enjoyed by my grandchildren some day. I am 38 so it will be awhile. Jay sent me photos of the progress that my wife and I enjoyed very much getting. I get complemented on on my cabin all the time and all I can say is the credit goes to Jay. I am working on insulation and electrical now. One thing I appreciated is you tell him what you need from him and he'll get it done within your agreed upon price. We went with a modified Plan 1 and it is fantastic for our family and location. Highly Recommend
