“The team at Kraft were phenomenal with our service. Dennis came out and did the diagnosis that our boiler need to be replaced and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and how he came to that diagnosis as well as answering any questions I had about the process and helping me find the best replacement for the boiler while explaining why he made that recommendation over other boilers. I worked with Maraya over the phone who did an amazing job with communicating and scheduling the services we needed. Brett and Casey were the technicians that came out to do the replacement of the boiler and much like Dennis they did an awesome job explaining everything they did as they installed the new boiler and answering any questions I had. My overall experience with the Kraft team is that they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable through an unfortunate surprise and I will absolutely be working with them again for any future needs.“

“Was referred this company by another company for water pressure issues. I called and asked if they could help me with water pressure issues. I verified how long it might take and what they charge structure was. They informed me that they would be able to help me and that all materials needed would be in their truck so it would be taken cared of that same visit. I asked if they for sure can help me with water pressure issues. Again they said they would. The tech that came was professional but after 30is minutes of doing diagnostic tests he informed me that they could not do anything because it might be an outside problem. At this point I as very dissatisfied from the service. However, one of the owners reached out to clear up the misunderstanding and informed me that my issue was very rare occurrence and walked me through what would they have been able to do because most issues with water pressure are inside issues they can handle. The person i talked to sounded very honest so it has changed my view about their business. The charge for diagnosing is still a but steep for not a full hour but I understand thats how they charge their service. It’s unfortunate that they were not able to help me out in the end but at least referred to me someone that should be able to.“

“I went to Total Toyo to pick up a Toyo stove for a friend. Staff were extremely helpful and mindful to make sure I was the one supposed to actually be picking the stove up. They asked me if I had questions and told me to call back if I did. Great local business to deal with.“

“Great service, great communication and the technicians are knowledgeable! They were spot on their quote they first gave me. Also they installed a bad check valve and after discovering the issue with the newly installed water pump. They came back out to fix the issue. The equipment and service is under warranty to a degree. I highly recommend Alaska Best! Ask for Lonnie as your technician! Very family oriented!“
