Our optometrists provide comprehensive eye exams, as well as contact lens fittings. We have a large selection of fashionable eyeglass choices. We are an authorized provider for Medicaid/DenaliCare and display over 200 approved frames! Ketchikan Vision Center has one goal: to deliver excellent customer service in every respect while fulfilling the unique eye care needs of each Alaskan. We focus our efforts exclusively in the rural regions of Alaska. To accomplish our mission, we instill in every employee that the customer is the reason for our existence. I've spent a lifetime going to the only eye care in ketchikan... Now after 1 visit to these guys, and my eyes were opend to what real quality of service is. Friendly staff professional. A million percent improvement. I highly recommend.
Sahara is great. I had some issues with my order, which was not any fault of theirs. but she has helped me so much try to resolve the issue. She helped me pic out some amazing frames for my glasses. I am very happy with my experience at the vision center. I highly recommend them.
