Members can enjoy strength training equipment, weight rooms, functional fitness training areas, cardio and circuit machines, and a group cycle studio. Additional amenities include a spa with tanning and massage services. The gym is open 24 hours for gold members and higher. Group fitness classes are available and change weekly. While the gym does not have a pool, it boasts a spacious workout area with plenty of cardio machines.
