I needed a watch battery replaced on my conventional waterproof Fossil. Fred's did not have the proper tools to reseal it to waterproof specs, and suggested I call Gary's. I brought my watch in, expecting to need to drop it off for them to service it. Even though there were several boats and sidewalks full of tourists, they took care of me right away and replaced the battery FREE FOR ME while I waited because I'm local. Great service for a fine jeweler, and I'm really glad to know they give special service for Juneau residents. Thank you, Gary's!!
Omg omg this is my favorite jewelry store in Juneau we had to come back to Alaska to see Gary and his family and my husband upgraded my wedding ring bigger and Gary man he gives good deals and is very personable . They even bought me Indian food which was awesome food too. We have decided that Alaska well Juneau is our new place . Gary's shop they aren't pushy like a few of the stores on the street. We will be back even if we don't buy anything. We will be back to just say hi. It's the most beautiful place to go prices are remarkable..
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from Gary and his 2 amazing and experienced assistants. On our Alaskan cruise, I allowed a Northern Lights cluster ring to stay behind in Skagway, but when we arrived in Juneau....I search 20 stores and didn't find it until we walked into Gary's. Not only did my husband purchase the ring, but also an amazing bracelet and earrings...AT A PHENOMENAL price. The libations were a plus plus...thanks Gary. Happy wife, happy life :)
