I was apprehensive about hiring a plumber for a much needed toilet replacement, but these guys provided superb customer service!! Steven and Charles were on time, patient with my questions (and my son’s fascination), dealt with a less-than-ideal valve shutoff, and did a fantastic job in a reasonable amount of time. They were very friendly and even took their shoes off to avoid dragging muck throughout my home. Even Amy (the scheduler) was super friendly!! I will absolutely call these guys again with any plumbing needs, and you should too!! Customer service of this caliber is a rare find in Juneau!

I had a few small jobs I needed done and didn't want to tackle myself. Larry's was prompt, courteous, and did a great job. No more leaky outdoor faucets and my shower works.
