John Cooper came highly recommended my my real-estate agent and did my home inspection, which was great and he did such an awesome job explaining house things to me. Fast forward 7 months, I had a pin hole leak in my crawlspace pipe, lots of water spraying all over the place and I had no clue how to shut off my water. I posted for help on facebook and John came over, crawled down there and helped me shut off my water! At 11pm! What an awesome genuinely good person! Thank you so much. Highly recommend! :)

These guys are great! They are thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a home.They had no problem with me tagging a long for the inspection and did not mind my millions of questions. And the report format is fantastic! You are able to add comments to send to the sellers and then download a pdf document to pass along. I am quite satisfied.
