Really love these ladies. Going to get my pedicure Monthly is such a relaxing experience. They use really high quality products and provide a really good service. I just wish they provided more then just Shellac and nail polish. I would love if they provided waxing and some gel x or nail extension services.
Always professional. Great service. I've had them do several jobs over the years: snow stoppers, gutters and other roof accessories. They don't do drainage work however.
TLC Painting does top notch work, and works with the typical Juneau weather as much as he can. Can’t recommend Tom enough!
John Cooper came highly recommended my my real-estate agent and did my home inspection, which was great and he did such an awesome job explaining house things to me. Fast forward 7 months, I had a pin hole leak in my crawlspace pipe, lots of water spraying all over the place and I had no clue how to shut off my water. I posted for help on facebook and John came over, crawled down there and helped me shut off my water! At 11pm! What an awesome genuinely good person! Thank you so much. Highly recommend! :)
Competitive gas prices, propane tank filling station and a surprisingly handy convenience store.Great coffee too and priced reasonably. They also have clean, customer restrooms and friendly staff.

Design North replaced my roof in late August of this year, during one of Juneau's wettest summers. I was skeptical that they would stay on schedule and keep my house dry during this weather. Their work progressed as promised, as they worked steadily through showers, heavy rain, and an occasional downpour. I was impressed by the skills and professionalism shown by Coal and his crew as they worked quickly to get everything done. Everyone was courteous and considerate, in addition to doing high quality work. My stylist was Michael and he did SUCH an amazing job at restoring the moisture and styling my hair, not to mention the hot tea he made for me and how friendly he was! I’m not someone who typically goes to the salon to get my hair done, so Michael’s work was a such a wonderful surprise for me (: I would 10/10 recommend this place and Michael as long as he still styles there!!
I have always had a great experience...All staff has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodatingI have NEVER had a problem with a phone call....A staff members always picks up....Maybe, the phone system had issues in the past ?...Thank you for all of your help over the past 22 years??.

I've been going to Lalaine at Bequty Bqr for over 5 years. My hair was an absolute mess from the prior hair dresser I was going to in Juneau. Lalaine listens, takes her time and does a wonderful job. My hair is amazing now. She is the only hair dresser in her hair salon, it's nice and cozy. She has good hair product lines with different options. Lalaine is super sweet, personable, kind and does terrific color and cut. You will not be disappointed!

Rhonda is great at what she does!! Friendly, responsive, experienced and a haircut technique, lasts a good month before I go in again, without having it look too short!!!

Great local barber, the shop is a bit small and can feel crowded when it's busy but the cuts are great! The shop has a very classic vibe to it with lots of cool things on the wall to look at!

The best pedicure of my life! We all know we get pedicures for the relaxation and the massage… not only did my polish turn out great but I had a great leg scrub and massage! I also get my nails done here and they have so many colors, their nail art is the best and they always make time for you. 10/10

A bridge popped off my implant posts while I was on a cruise ship. I was near panic because it was difficult for me to eat and the posts were sharp and cutting my tongue. Dr. Moleski was able to accommodate me during the short time we were in port in Juneau. Although she knew I was a onetime patient, she and her staff were so very nice. The bridge is securely in place now and for that I'm very grateful. Also, the cost was more than reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about this practice! I was in town for 1 day and was having lower back and hip pain. I called every chiropractor in Juneau and none of them would treat me because I was only in town for 1 day. When I called Fireweed, they didn't hesitate to try to help. They got me an appointment and did everything they could to treat me before my ship left. What incredible service!
Hands Down! The Best!! Chiro in town! For over 30 years I went to a Dr in Utah that was ok. I went for my first time this morning to Arctic. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and man was the doc spot on with my treatment. I feel like a $Billion Dollars! First time I have had relief in over 3 years. I'll keep going back. If you are in need, this chiropractor for you indeed.

I feel so lucky to have this place in Juneau. The class schedule is varied, great timing and amazing instructors. I came in after surgery recovery and always felt so comfortable with their suggestions for adaptions for the moves and its such a peaceful place. The app for scheduling is also super easy and they are quick to respond to any messages through there as well. Thank you!
So lucky to drop in on a Monday night Gentle class while visiting from Seattle. Quiet, cozy studio with lots of quality props and free mat rental. Bev is a wonderful, experienced teacher with a beautiful way of holding space. Hope to return when I'm back in town.

Go see Phoenix! She is an amazing. She absolutely knows what you need worked on. I was having neck and shoulder pain for weeks. I got acupressure and massages but the pain would come back in days. I went to see Phoenix and after one session I felt a great deal of relief. I started having weekly session and she works on my feet and shoulders and afterwards I felt more balance, increased energy, improved my flexibility and she resolved my chronic pain. Phoenix is very knowledgeable about the entire body, and its different systems. She asks excellent questions. She is the best. She absolutely knows what she's doing. I don't even have to tell her where it hurts-- she figures it out! She has a very professional and soothing presence and seeks to understand what's going on for you before the massage begins. She also checks in during the session to make sure the pressure feels right (it does!) and has a table warmer if you're about that extra indulgence. I always leave feeling like a new human, and even became teary-eyed after one session it was so good. Besides the professional treatment, the setting is warm, welcoming and healing. Phoenix takes all the time you need to be thorough and make sure she understands your needs. She appreciates feedback and is open and interested in your personal needs.
