“Vanity Nail Spa has become my favorite and go to place in Fairbanks for a mani/pedi. Every time I have gone, I have had a different nail technician and they have all been exceptional. I always leave really happy with both the service I received and also the stellar job they do on my nails. I have gotten the French dip powder manicure a couple of times now including today and it’s so pretty! ?

They are a cash-only business, so remember to bring cash, be prepared to use the ATM in house or they also have a couple other options set up like Venmo.

The facility itself it’s super clean and feels upscale. I really appreciate that it doesn’t have an overbearing nail spa smell. They take walk-ins and appointments and have I done both now. If you’re in Fairbanks, I highly recommend you give them a try.“

“I’ve been going to Pro Nails for a while now and I really like it!! I love all the beautiful designs they do and all that! The only thing I don’t like is that a few times i’ve been there recently i’ve called and made an exact time appointment and i arrived there on time they had me wait over 30 minutes. That’s the only downside I had to my experience. Other then that, I really recommend going there for acrylic nails and designs!“

“Me and my fiance got our feet done here and i gotta say every other place we got our feet done was always hectic.. Kind of nail salons that you just walk into and get stuff done. It was always a horrible experience and they never did his feet good. We go here and the lady did a fantastic job on his feet! Every callous that I could ever see was gone. His feet are baby soft now and they're actually clean for once. And I got a french gel pedicure and I love the way it turned out! We didn't feel rushed and that's the best!

“I've been going to Wow Nails since they opened, and they do great work but are also incredibly gracious! What they do is a form of art. Joy is my lady -- she's meticulous with my manicures and the different nail art I like to get. She's the best! Over the years, I've watched how they interact with each other and with their customers, and it's been positive and kind. Sure, sometimes you have to wait and they may shuffle you between stations, but it seems to me it's because they're just trying to be efficient with their time. And when they're running late, it's because previous customers asked for complex designs, etc. Yes, the wait can be long (I've waited 30 minutes after my appointment start), which is annoying. But if you're worried about having to wait, book for when they first open. They're very popular and seem to have many long-term clients. I've gotten my nails down all over the states and beyond, but Wow Nails is the place I always miss and go back to.“
