Dry Out Systems of Alaska is AWESOME! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Specifically, Brian couldn’t have done a better job.Here’s my story: My husband was getting ready to leave for the summer (he works remotely). I went downstairs to grab something and discovered a giant flood in the basement. It was coming from a pipe in the wall and there was SO much water. It felt devastating and overwhelming. I was trying to figure out how I would deal with the flood by myself/with two toddlers. I called Dry Out Systems of Alaska and they very quickly sent Brian over. Dry Out Systems of AK responded quickly to our call and were professional. The technicians were knowledgeable and careful with our belongings and newly installed carpeting. While I hope to never have water damage again, calling Dry Out Systems was the right call to make!My only suggestion for improvement would be that when they set up the equipment and ask you to sign the initial paperwork, that they also have a price sheet for the customer -- it's disconcerting not knowing how much the job will cost.
I could not have asked for better, faster & most importantly to me - they actually cared that I was dealing with a completely flooded house & was an emotional mess. I would hope you never have to use them but if you do CALL THEM!
