Today Window Medics installed a new sliding glass door. I have used them before and they are the only ones I trusted for this job. They are prompt, cheerful, and do excellent work. I could not be happier. They are my number one go-to for windows for sure.
The team was quick to respond and easy to work with. I was having issues with my window and they came to asses and fixed it quickly. They were priced fairly and I’m glad I went with them verses the other companies that quoted me 5k plus. Leo is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and you can tell. He redid the work because it wasn’t up to his standards. I appreciate h being up front with everything that was going on. If I ever need anything regarding window again they will definitely be my first call.
I was very happy with my experience start to finish! I called a few window places and they were the only one who would actually come out to look at the project. My project was a little unique so they even came out twice to make sure they understood what I wanted and to give me all my options. Steven was great! Communication about scheduling the installation was good and the installation crew was very professional. Super friendly, worked fast, respectful of the house. Once the windows were installed, I actually wanted a modification so I could hang blinds up and they were easy to get a hold of and came back out quickly to modify it.
