The vets went above and beyond and communicated test results right away for our Roxie girl. They also helped her pass with dignity when the time came. Pricing is fair and we recommend vca east and vca clinics to our friends in the area.
Just here this morning for 2 health certificates for a military move. Warm, inviting, gentle care givers. Took care of my questions, received complimentary medicine for the plane visit, and the paperwork, painless. Thank you!
Have been impressed with every single interaction we've had with VCA East! Our pups received the most thorough and careful exam during their initial well-check along with outstanding follow up from the VCA East team afterwards. When one pup was injured and had to be seen at an emergency facility later, the VCA East team followed up with us to check in on her once they received the report from the ER. Their communication and follow up is top notch, staff is professional, caring and efficient and we couldn't be happier with the care our pups have received.
