As a lifelong Jiu-Jitsu competitor and retired Infantry Paratrooper, I can confidently say the physical therapy and medical massage therapy here are nothing short of transformative.
The care and expertise at Point North have been instrumental in my healing journey, helping me recover and regain my strength. Highly recommend!“

345 W 104th Ave, Anchorage“I can't get enough of this place!! It just feels so GOOD to get the body moving here. I've been going for several months now and the changes to my body are pretty amazing. If you enjoy a mixture of strength training and cardio this is the place for you! It's HIGH energy fun with great motivating trainers. TJ is my FAVORITE!! But all the trainers I have tried are good. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home and the manager has been so kind and accommodating. You can try a FREE workout and see if you like it. Highly recommend!!“

Within that time I got stronger, lighter and my overall mood improved dramatically. I can’t recommended Ian enough, he changed my life as I was able to get a dream job thanks to him pushing me to be better.“

1920 W Dimond Blvd Unit I-3, Anchorage“Love going here, people are polite and respectful for the most part. The lockers are tidy and bathrooms and showers have always been clean. The place surprisingly doesn't smell like a gym (good ventilation); Even when it is really busy. (Why I took a star away) Only down side to this location (I haven't been to other locations) is Friday, Saturday and Sunday they close at 21:00 or 9pm, and don't open back up till 07:00 Saturday, Sunday and Monday. However, I will give them a huge high five in that: I do feel fairly safe working out and going to this gym at all hours they are open as a female by myself.
Also if the hours do ever change to 24/7 they would get all 5 stars“

5AM - 12AM
670 E Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage“Overall, I would say this is a solid location. It's well maintained, always clean and lots of machines. The only real downside is that it can get really crowded but I can't really fault them for that, they're in the center of Midtown so what can you do? They could really use more free weights though, it feels like there's very few to go around even when it's slow. I would recommend this location but you should definitely avoid peak hours unless you just want to jump on a treadmill or something, they get packed around 4 - 6PM.“
