I had a very positive experience when I had my study two days ago. The staff was very welcoming, the center was very nice and comfortable and although the test was not that great (I had a sleep study and MSLT :( and anyone who has had an MSLT knows that it is torturous lol j/k) it was made bearable by the staff who talked me through it the entire time by assuring me that it was just a little while longer. I had my own private room that was set up like a regular bedroom except a lot nicer! It had at least a queen size bed, recliner chair, dressers and even a large TV that I could watch whatever I wanted! They even bought me Starbucks and Subway the next day.
