I’m a student who has just finished the anatomy and physiology portion of the course. This school has changed my life for the better in so many ways! It’s the best massage school I could have asked for! The instructors are so knowledgeable and compassionate, and the material is presented in such a way that anyone can learn it. The Tai Chi, QiGong, and the traditional Chinese 5 element perspective truly makes this school stand out from amongst the best in the country.
Best healing treatment ever by Serephim Stapleton! I have been seeing Serephim since 12/2017 for Tuina treatments. I do 90 minutes sessions! He is highly skilled at addressing and correcting years of my aches and pains. I first met him after having a total knee replacement. My body reacted badly afterward by building up so much scaring in the new joint that my leg could not straighten-- it was locked by scar tissue and I was in a lot of pain. The doctor had no answer as it was my body reacting to the Trama of 2 surgeries. Serephim began breaking up my scar tissue using Tuina! I have had over 100 90 minute sessions which keep me fit and flexible and pain free! I am in the maintenance stage and see him weekly. He is absolutely the best there is. He listens to what you say is a problem and he listens to and feels how your body responds to the treatment. No one session is like a previous one! He is very professional and very skilled. I highly recommend Serephim.
I’ve been going to OHAC for about 5 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I love having deep tissue massage with Seraphim and acupuncture with Lamar. I try to fit this in every time I make a trip to Anchorage.
