Ann is amazing! I gave her a brief description of what type of massage I was looking for and she executed perfect. I have a lot of tension in my back but the next day after the massage i felt great! I am definitely going back.

I've been on the hunt for a local massage therapist that I can see when I am not with my long term therapist in Seattle. Upon his suggestion I've been searching for therapists that prioritize continuing education, have solid schooling and can perform myofascial massages. Wow! Ann is incredibly skilled at her craft. Best 2 hours I've spent in a long time. Very communicative and great attention to desired pressure. She was able to work inside my left shoulder where I don't like being touched cause it usually triggers so hard, but she got it to release so much! ? Whole body feels amazing, can't wait for the next session! ?‍♂️?

*C19 Update. Masks are required to be worn during session* Myo is the prefix meaning muscle; it’s the beginning of how we feel the world and move within it. Myofascial release therapy improves a range of issues, both physical and mental. Soreness after peak bagging or the daily stress of life can often be released within one session. Yet our bodies can also secretly store emotions and traumas for us in a longer term way. Especially if our nervous system was too overwhelmed to process them logically at the time. Allowing for both evidence based treatment and expanded emotional awareness creates a space to integrate into our being. Treating these facets together creates positive feedback loops for the body, mind, and spirit.
