I have been going to Massage Envy for years (first in Virginia, now in Alaska) and have almost always had a pleasant experience. Tonight, I had a massage with Allishia. Not only did she deliver an exceptional massage, she was also polite and courteous before, during, and after my massage. She blessed me with her time, and I was very thankful to book a session with her.The 4 rating is because of Anchorage's Massage Envy scheduling issues. I had multiple sessions canceled and rescheduled before finally having my session with Allishia. What made it extra challenging was that they are booked out several weeks in advance. Great experience with the local employees. Alisha is the best! Not sure why I can’t call them direct anymore and instead have “corporate” answer the phones and be the “middle man” which confuses the issue and causes a lack of communication. They are so short staffed that they can not always provide me with the services that are offered there.
Allishia was able to get me in last minute. She was so sweet, and she did a phenomenal job. She was able to get my headache to completely go away, and it was so relaxing. She’s good!!
