Very prompt and customer service oriented. Though she was busy with walk ins a phone calls she had me in and out with the zipper on my work jacket fixed for $15. I would strongly recommend her services and will be returning in the future.Service: Zipper replacement

Very nice and accommodating lady at Kim’s Alterations. I followed the gps and was lost in the mall parking lot next to her shop. I called her and she not only answered immediately but was also kind and gave accurate instructions on how to find her shop. I’m very grateful to find her shop.

I have come in to have jeans and a suit jacket altered here. She is amazing and so sweet I would trust her! She was willing to adjust the size to exactly what I wanted and she insisted on fixing anything that wasn't perfect. 10/10 recommend!
