This company has successfully put the service back in customer service. JJ's has put an end to my ever thinking about going to any other flooring company, much less one of the big box stores. Mike and the team at JJ's are, quite frankly, the perfect antidote to the agonies of shopping at or contracting with any other flooring entity. Yesterday I was really in need of an item. It wasn't a big order and I had never been to JJ's. Mike was on his way to an appointment and actually turned around and went back to fill my request. That kind of service is unheard of in today's world. Incredible! Thank you.
