“So understanding, knowledgeable, and kind! I went to their store with my computer broken and was terrified because I am a student at UAA and am taking 5 online classes. They looked at my computer and told me it was gone because it had overheated due to not being cleaned. In the most compassionate act imaginable, they gave me a loaner computer so I could do my school work and only asked that I return it once I get a new computer. I couldn't believe it, these people truly are wonderful. They are highly educated in technology and are SO understanding of your situation. I am going to continue to return to them for years to come because of their timeliness, kindness, education in the field, and experience. Best Computer Repair store I've ever gone to by far. PLEASE Pick them over Best Buy who will send your computer off to God knows where for a month and it'll come back more broken than before (this happened to me three times in the past).“
