I went in because my wound was not healing properly. Dr. Ryan removed the stitches and found an abscess. She cleared out the pus and put me on a broad spectrum antibiotic. The wound is not hurting at the moment and appears to be clean.
My appointment started exactly on time. No time was wasted getting blood drawn and an xray, and again no wait for the doctor after those tests. One of the most efficient doctor visits I've ever had.
She was amazing! I felt heard and taken care of when I left. She is thorough and takes time with her patients. I was so impressed and had the best experience. I would recommend Dr Shanley again and again.
