Overall, hands down AMAZING experience! We had just an estimate done on a house my husband and I were interested in buying and holy red flags! Sam was able to explain everything he was seeing in not only a professional manner, but also layman's terms for us to understand. He not only pointed out all the issues to us and how they were occurring, BUT he also took the time to fully explain what exactly was going on, how to properly fix the issue, and what to look out for in future potential houses.
