Extremely expensive. Gave us a kitchen remodel quote 4x the cost than everyone else.Edit- I am rating their customer service and value. It is true they never met us. It was at their request we send photos via email first, instead of coming to assess our project in person. Several photos and a detailed engineer's report were sent, so they got more than a "tiny" amount of info. When emailing back and forth, I asked for clarification, because surely there must have been some mistake to get a quote that high? I was met with "We're definitely on different pages".
