Everything about this salon is spot on. The owner Rebecca never forgets your name so you feel so welcomed. They have several services they offer in a clean/pretty space. The people here are so kind. I also get my hair done by Kyle Styles and he is so darn good with his skills that you walk out having a new friend. Oh and they have coffee/tea and snack.. where can you get this.
Walking into Jocelyn's studio for my first waxing appointment in ages, I didn't know what to expect. But Jocelyn went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! As a newbie client and someone who hasnt been waxed in a few years she quickly made my nerves dissapear. She greeted me with a lovely little gift which i thought was a really nice touch! It was such a thoughtful gesture and instantly made me feel like i made a good decision coming here. Throughout the session, Jocelyn's professionalism and reassuring demeanor put me at ease. This was my first time at Face Forward, I did not have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in. I’m very impressed with how well my eyebrows came out ? Rebecca did a fantastic job! I would definitely come back to see her in the future! It’s always a little nerve-racking going to someone new for something as permanent as your eyebrows.
