She was very kind and accommodating when I came in as I was running late misjudging my travel time from Eagle River. Very calm and non-judgmental which put me at ease. Her space is very clean and also very soothing. I love my lashes and received the compliments that they looked natural and fit my face and eye shape. I don’t wear make-up so they really were perfect for my more natural, but feminine vibe. Highly recommend!“

When you arrive, you're led to a room that is comforting and relaxing. When the facial starts, you're introduced to pure bliss. Jen went thru some options but I basically left it up to her. “I had a perm done by Hannah a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience! I have long hair, so it was a 5 hour appointment. She gave me a great price for the perm + haircut. We used two different rod sizes to aim for a more natural look, but unfortunately the larger rod size did not take and left some parts of my hair straighter than others. Hannah did a “correction” appointment a few weeks later at no charge to help me get the end result I was hoping for. It turned out beautifully!! I was so happy with the entire experience with The Beauty Room. I will definitely get a perm refresh or roots done with Hannah in the future! I also got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding four years ago and was extremely happy with the results that day as well. Five stars for both experiences!“

“I wanted to get a haircut freshen up style that I had been thinking about for a while. I chose "any level 3 stylist" and by the chance of the universe landed with Michael. I feel so lucky and he was incredible! I am usually very simple with my haircuts have never had my hair cut/styled in a specific way besides getting trims! I showed Michael a photo of what I was thinking to get, and asked for his professional opinion and style that he thought would work for my hair, and he FULLY DELIVERED. I have never had any sort of bangs, and now I have curtain bangs with beautiful, intricate, layering and awesome face framing. I have never had a cut match a photo idea so well. The shampoo and wash was very relaxing, and the amount of conversation felt appropriate and unforced. I was really nervous about the cut but his confidence, clear expertise, and support eased my nerves. He didn't try to talk me out of it which was really nice too. The cut is excellent, and I was honestly so impressed. I am so happy about how it turned out. When he first spun the chair around after it was styled, I was floored with how well it looked! I am sad that I am from out of town and won't be able to return because that was truly one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had and would definitely be back otherwise! Thank you thank you thank you Michael! 10/10 recommend!“
